A User-Friendly Tool for Self-Empowerment
By Raes Carroll
Your beliefs are the filters through which you see the world -- not as it is, but as you are. When you change your beliefs, you change your perception of the world. These beliefs are stored in the sub-conscious mind, along with your long-term memory, values and attitudes. By acknowledging the importance of the sub-conscious mind, and learning how to communicate with it, long-held perceptions and beliefs can be changed, usually within minutes.
The new understanding arising from the science of quantum physics tells us that we all exist in a field of energy. We experience ourselves as individuals, and at the same time we are a unified group consciousness. Our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs extend beyond our own bodies and are shared -- the good, the bad, and the ugly -- with everyone and everything in this field. As we free our minds from the prisons of limiting beliefs, represented by our pasts, we are also freeing and healing the unified group consciousness of our species. In his book, "Being Peace", Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh states:
"The kind of sufferning that you carry in your heart, that is society itself. You bring that with you, you bring society with you. You bring all of us with you. When you meditate, it is not just for yourself, you do it for the whole society. You seek solutions to your problems not only for yourself, but for all of us."
To create a harmonious and peaceful world, we first have to create peace and harmony within ourselves. You can't have peace in your life if you are at war with yourself. We begin by observing our thoughts and behaviors toward ourselves and others, to determine what is causing the stress in our lives. The next step is to take responsibility for what we are experiencing (creating our reality) by understanding that if we perceive ourselves as victims, unloved, undeserving or unhealthy, we create that reality through our beliefs. The good news is that we are the creators of our experience, so we can change our reality when it's not how we choose to live.
PSYCH-KTM uses muscle testing to establish binary (yes/no) communication with the subconscious mind. If this testing reveals that a desired belief or goal is not supported by the subconscious mind, then contemporary rituals, called "balances", are used to influence the subconscious mind. With PSYCH-KTM, it is not necessary to delve into the origins of the limiting belief/trauma to be able to experience a belief change or to release negative emotions. PSYCH-KTM has been effective for healing traumas, phobias and health issues, as well as for bolstering, self-esteem and self-confidence, improving relationships, assisting with weight-loss and smoking cessation, and much more.
Developed in 1988 by Robert M. Williams, M.A., author of "The Missing Peace in Your Life!", PSYCH-KTM is an effective process for aligning subconscious beliefs with conscious goals. This technique was inspired by numerous fields of study -- some contemporary, some ancient. PSYCH-KTM is a user-friendly, self-empowering tool that allows you to create new, powerful beliefs oriented toward your goals. It honors that the wisdom for the change resides within the individual.
First, permission protocols are used to ensure that the belief change will be safe and appropriate for the individual's life purpose. Then, the identified limiting beliefs are replaced at the subconscious level with desired beliefs.
The elegance and simplicity of PSYCH-KTM make it easy to learn and fun to use. When you free your mind, you free us all.
